  • Purchase status (Pro vs Free)
  • Purchase receipts (processed by Apple/Google)
  • We do not store credit card information
  • No account or email required for purchases

Notification Permissions:

  • Permission to send workout reminders
  • Push notification tokens

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
  • Deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements (free version)
  • Analyze app performance and user engagement
  • Improve app stability and fix crashes

4. Advertising and Your Choices

Personalized Advertising (Free Version Only)

By default, we show personalized ads based on your advertising ID. You can opt out:

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Toggle off for VoicePacer
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Ad-Free Option

Purchase VoicePacer Pro (one-time payment) to remove all advertisements permanently.

5. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage:

  • All workout data is stored locally on your device
  • We do not sync your workout data to our servers
  • We do not require account creation

Security:

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information
  • However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure

6. Your Privacy Rights

For EU Users (GDPR)

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention

  • Analytics Data: Retained for up to 14 months (Firebase default)
  • Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days
  • Local Workout Data: Stored indefinitely on your device until you delete the app
  • Advertising ID: Not permanently stored; used only for ad delivery
  • Purchase Status: Verified through Apple/Google, not stored by us

8. Children's Privacy

VoicePacer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at help@kosick.dev.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
